# Connect Truvon to your assistant

Add Truvon once and your assistant can check local businesses for you: which are open, the phone their sources agree on, and how to book, order or call. It takes a minute, and searching needs no account.

## Claude

Address: https://truvon.ai/mcp

1. In Claude, go to **Customize**, then **Connectors** ([claude.ai/customize/connectors](https://claude.ai/customize/connectors)).
2. Click **Add custom connector** and paste the address. If it asks how people sign in, choose **Sign in when needed**.
3. Click **Add**. In a chat, turn Truvon on from **+**, then **Connectors**, and ask for a business: "find a furnace repair company near Kirkwood, MO."

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds it under **Organization settings**, then **Connectors** (**Add**, then **Custom**), and each person then clicks **Connect**. The Free plan has room for one custom connector.

## ChatGPT

Address: https://truvon.ai/mcp/openai

1. In ChatGPT, go to **Plugins** ([chatgpt.com/plugins](https://chatgpt.com/plugins)).
2. Select **+**, then **Add custom MCP server**. Name it Truvon and paste the address.
3. Review the warning, select **I understand and want to continue**, then **Create as a plugin**.
4. In a chat, type **@**, choose Truvon, and ask for a business.

This address is made for ChatGPT and asks for no location. Name the town in your request; without one, Truvon uses the general area ChatGPT shares.

## Perplexity

Address: https://truvon.ai/mcp

1. In Perplexity, open **Settings**, then **Connectors**.
2. Add a custom connector, choose **Remote**, name it Truvon, and paste the address.
3. Save it, then ask for a business.

## Allow, once

Searching never needs an account. So that its reports count (the booking worked, the business called back), your assistant may open a Truvon page with one **Allow** button, or give you a link to it: no account, email or password. Those reports are how Truvon learns which businesses deliver.
